Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping

 

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that estimated shipping times are in addition to this processing period.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

For deliveries within Hong Kong, we primarily use SF Express to ensure reliable service.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders of HKD 600 or more.

  • Standard Shipping: For all orders under HKD 600, a flat shipping fee of HKD 30 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for local orders is 1-2 business days.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, primarily using Hong Kong Post (Speed Post) for a cost-effective and dependable service.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  • Asia Pacific: Estimated delivery is typically 2-4 business days.

  • Other International Destinations: Estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the live status of your delivery directly on the courier’s website (HK Post, FedEx, or S.F. Express).

 

Destination Not Listed at Checkout

If your country is not listed during the checkout process, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you with a custom shipping arrangement.

 

2. Incorrect Addresses & Refused Shipments

 

We kindly ask that you ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Chiikawa Tribe is not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the re-delivery cost.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any merchandise refund.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

 

A clear and specific return policy is designed to build customer trust. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please do so within 7 days of the original purchase date.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions :

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds for Incorrect Overseas Shipping Addresses

If an overseas customer accidentally selects a Hong Kong address during checkout and does not pay the applicable international shipping fee, we will review the order, calculate the correct shipping fee, and send an invoice for the additional amount before shipping.

If you choose to cancel your order instead of paying the additional shipping fee, we will process a refund for the product value. However, please note that any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (Stripe) will be deducted from your refund. The refunded amount will be your original order total minus this non-refundable fee.

 

4. Events Outside Our Control

 

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these terms:

  • We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.

  • Our obligations will be suspended, and the time for performance will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

  • Where the event affects our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event is over.

  • You may cancel the contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products.
